Sky News is reporting that “as Mr Jackson was about to board his plane to London, he was advised by his legal team to postpone his travels because both parties had reached a settlement in principle, a spokeswoman for Mr Khalifa said.” Details in this surprise move are still pending. Michael Jackson was due to testify in London Monday morning, and the case was expected to conclude by early December.
