Diva Wars!

Madonna has continued her dominant ways on a worldwide scale. This
week her album ‘Hard Candy’ sold 96,000 copies around the world… THREE TIMES
the number that Mariah sold (32,000).

Mariah has just released her THIRD single, called "I’ll Be
Lovin’ U Long Time". Personally, I think the song is good, and should be a
hit. It’s like classic Mariah. I reckon its better than Madonna’s music… I’m
just not diggin’ her new style. I already dislike Madonna’s new album! A LOT! I
guess the world disagrees though.. check out the sales stats!

Madonna: 2,184,000
v
Mariah: 1,643,000

With Madonna touring later in the year she shouldn’t have ANY trouble
cracking the 3, or even 4 million mark with her sales (something that Michael
Jackson’s last album ‘Invincible’ did in ONE WEEK! COP THAT MADONNA!)…
Carey on the other hand looks set to stay beneath the dreaded 2 million line for
good! But hey, who complains about selling 1.64 million copies… that’s 1.64
million copies more than I have ever sold of anything, and a WHOLE lot more
money than I will EVER make!
