Sony to re-release old Jackson’s Albums

In true Sony style, on August 12th they will be re-releasing The Jackson’s albums “Destiny” and “Triumph”.
This year marks 30 years since the release of Destiny, which was the first album by the Jackson brothers without Jermaine (no big loss)…
The pretty much the same Expanded version also includes two “rare” 12-inch disco mixes.
Triumph was released only 12 months after Destiny in December 1979. This re-release has three bonus tracks of rare 12-inch mixes also previously unavailable on CD.
Both are being released on the Epic/Legacy label, a division of Sony BMG Music Entertainment.
I just have one little question for Sony…… WHY!?
Do they think anyone actually cares? Do they think people are going to drop everything and run out to buy these!!? Not going to happen.
