For the 7th consecutive week, Neil Diamond, 67, has outsold Mariah
Carey in worldwide album sales of their respective new releases.

Usher’s brand new studio album "Here I Stand" has been out for 4 weeks
now. The highly anticipated album has sold a total of 1.1 million copies to
date, however it’s sales are fading, FAST! This week (week 4) it only sold
118,000 copies around the world. It took Michael Jackson’s re-release of
his 25 year old album Thriller SEVEN weeks to fade to these kind of numbers.
Michael Jackson will NEVER go out of fashion! But Usher… Maybe he should
re-name the album "Here I Fade".

Janet Jackson’s new album ‘Discipline’ has sold roughly 500,000 copies
worldwide to date. Usher, Mariah AND Madonna ALL managed to top
that amount in first week sales ALONE! Janet has admitted she is not a
perfectionist when it comes to recording. I guess this is a small piece of
proof.

Lil Wayne sold 1 million copies of his new album ‘The Carter III’ in
the USA alone! Pity he only sold 40,000 copies around the rest of the world!
LOL!

It only took Neil Diamond 3 weeks for his album ‘Home Before Dark’ to
overtake Janet’s album sales for ‘Discipline’. Janet’s album has been out
since February!

Madonna has just clocked up here 11th straight week at #1 on the
worldwide singles chart with her song ‘4 Minutes’.. That means ‘4 Minutes’ has
actually lasted 110880 minutes at #1. CRAZY!
